Brittanie M, thanks for your review cause I wanted to buy these for a min but since the company can't replace something that came defective I want no parts in it, I don't like companies who can take your money but won't replace a defective item not cool, sad part is that these charms are

Pleased but disappointed

Overall, I am pleased with the purchase. However, upon opening the charms one of the rhinestone charms were missing the eyelet so it could be laced properly on a shoe. I understand it's a variety pack and we have other options, but it stinks one was defective. I reached out immediately to notify the company with pictures about the issue. However, I received a notification stating there was nothing further that could be done about the missing loop for the charm. This charm can not be laced properly with only one functioning eyelet. I was pleased overall with the other working charms. I am just disappointed this was not an error on my part and there wasn't a way to remedy the issue. Super cute product but it for sure makes me think twice in ordering more or recommending to others in the future.
